Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitors all original sales invoices (delivered) from Shipping Department to make sure all issued invoices from Billing Section are accounted for
- Endorses the invoices to Salesmen or branches for collection
- College graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Business or Office Management)
- Must have experience in procurement and purchasing. Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in invoice monitoring
- Assertive, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and with clear articulation
- Proficiency in procurement software (i.e. MS Office, WPS, Google Sheets, ERP, SAP) is an advantage
- Willing to be render overtime
- Knows how to drive and with valid Drivers License Restriction 1,2 or A,B
