The QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of systems, data, and processes. This role involves developing test cases, executing manual or automated tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products or analytics outputs.
- Review requirements, process flows, and technical specs
- Create and execute detailed test cases (manual & automated)
- Log defects with clear documentation and evidence
- Provide QA updates and test reports
- Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience
- Strong skills in SQL, Data Management, SSRS, Tableau, Salesforce, Collibra, UCAT
- Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
