Job Description

Support Broker-Led Home Loan Approvals in the AU Market

Step into a fully remote role designed for experienced Australian mortgage professionals who understand broker workflows, lender policies, and credit assessment standards. As an Credit Analyst/Parabroker, you will take ownership of loan structuring, application accuracy, and credit analysis-directly influencing approval outcomes in a highly regulated AU lending environment. This is a long-term global opportunity with Emapta for candidates who already bring hands-on AU mortgage experience and can thrive in a permanent WFH setup.

Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM), Weekends Off

Work setup: Permanent Work from Home

Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 90,000

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on Australian mortgage loan processing or parabroking experience
  • Proven experience supporting end-to-end AU mortgage applications
  • Hands-on experience with ApplyOnline or similar AU mortgage submission platforms
  • Strong understanding of Australian lending policies, serviceability, and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in credit analysis, loan structuring, and document assessment
  • Experience handling pricing requests and annual rate reviews
  • Strong English communication skills for broker and client coordination

Your Daily Tasks

Loan Processing & Credit Analysis

  • Prepare lender submissions
  • Analyse financial statements and payslips
  • Conduct serviceability assessments with various lenders
  • Cross-reference lender policies to identify viable solutions
  • Review loan files to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate prior to underwriting

Broker & Client Coordination

  • Interact with customers to obtain required deal information
  • Liaise with brokers to clarify scenarios and structure optimal outcomes
  • Communicate with customers, buyers agents, and conveyancers through to settlement
  • Assist clients in signing loan contracts

Application Lodgement & Compliance

  • Enter data into the CRM and produce lender compliance documents
  • Email home loan proposals and compliance documents to clients
  • Prepare, package, and lodge home loan applications
  • Action missing information and respond to conditional approval requests
  • Focus on securing lender unconditional approvals

Post-Settlement & Administrative Support

  • Handle post-settlement tasks such as pricing and rate reviews
  • Manage complex and urgent requests
  • Monitor emails, chase lenders for updates, and maintain ongoing communication
