The Opportunity

What You'll Do

  • Analyse client financial information to assess borrowing capacity and credit suitability
  • Run detailed servicing calculations across multiple lenders
  • Structure loan scenarios in line with lender policies and client objectives
  • Review credit policies and identify suitable lending solutions
  • Support loan submissions with accurate and timely credit analysis
  • Proactively identify and flag policy constraints, servicing sensitivities, and credit risks

Key Criteria


  • Prior experience in mortgage broking, banking, finance, or a similar lending role
  • Strong understanding of Australian mortgage products, credit policies, and servicing calculators
  • Sound knowledge of responsible lending obligations and NCCP
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple scenarios and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work setup


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am3 pm PH local time) with a hybrid setup (2 days in the office and 3 days work from home) after a 6 months onsite probation.
