What You'll Do
- Analyse client financial information to assess borrowing capacity and credit suitability
- Run detailed servicing calculations across multiple lenders
- Structure loan scenarios in line with lender policies and client objectives
- Review credit policies and identify suitable lending solutions
- Support loan submissions with accurate and timely credit analysis
- Proactively identify and flag policy constraints, servicing sensitivities, and credit risks
Key Criteria
- Prior experience in mortgage broking, banking, finance, or a similar lending role
- Strong understanding of Australian mortgage products, credit policies, and servicing calculators
- Sound knowledge of responsible lending obligations and NCCP
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to manage multiple scenarios and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am3 pm PH local time) with a hybrid setup (2 days in the office and 3 days work from home) after a 6 months onsite probation.
