Your Responsibilities
- Provide daily service and support to TikTok LIVE creators, answer questions, deliver platform updates, and respond to creator feedback in a timely manner.
- Enhance creator engagement and content performance through data monitoring, event organization, and content interaction.
- Encourage existing creators to refer new creators and help the team expand a quality creator pool.
- Organize and communicate various platform activities, training sessions, and reward programs to boost creator participation and engagement.
- Complete daily communications, information recording, and reporting as required, ensuring efficient and effective service and communication.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to foster effective collaboration between the team and creators.
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.
- Familiarity with livestreaming platforms, community management, creator services, or TikTok operations.
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
