In-charge in conceptualizing and writing an age-appropriate scripts (Kids church program, Bible story, Life application, and Gospel presentation) for the ages 6- to 9-year-olds Kids Church Program and any major events supporting the NXTGEN Team and the different stakeholders of the ministry.
In-charge in the creation and preparation of the weekly Kids church program slides, sound effects, background music, and video clips.
Schedule a regular meeting with the Stage crew team leaders to brainstorm a new series, weekly lessons, prior to writing the Bible story, life application and Gospel.
Screens the Stage crew members and the Stage crew Production members prior to joining the Kids church production team. Update the results to the Media Production Coordinator and Stage Crew Team Leaders and report during team alignment meetings.
Initiate training proposals and development programs for the Stage crew Team leaders, Stage crew members and Stage crew production members. This also includes sourcing and or coordinating training/workshop facilitators who are from CCF (Main or Satellites).
Work with the Media Production Coordinator in creating tools to evaluate and gather the results of the Stage crew members and Stage crew production members, and based on the results, provide recommendations to improve each members performance and reporting to the Media and Stage Prod TL.
Gather evaluation to assess the children's understanding and application of the weekly Bible lesson in collaboration with the Level 2, and Level 3 coordinators, and the Media and Stage Prod TL.
Work with the Stage Crew TL and Stage Prod TL to ensure smooth execution of the weekly Kids church Production.
Conducts continuous research and provides creative solutions to improve the look and feel of Kids church Program and or learning materials.
Ensure all materials, props, set-props, costume needs of the weekly Kids Church Production team are provided and coordinated to the NXTGEN support.
Ensure clear communications of technical requests or reservations sent to the NXTGEN admin and or the Liveprod team, whether it's for the weekly face-to-face rehearsals, kids church production or special Sunday events.
Other Functions:
Performs any other related duties as may be assigned by one's immediate supervisor and/or the NXTGEN Ministry Head
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree holder
Dgroup leader
Completed GLC 1 (Doctrinal and Theological studies are a plus)
Experience in writing stage production scripts, coordinating and recruiting talents.
Experience in working with kids ages 6 to 9 years old.
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Filipino)
