Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Research and analyze industry data and market trends to identify consumer insights and learning in order to spot new opportunities for advertising campaigns.
  • Strategy and planning: Create comprehensive, data-driven advertising strategies and translate business objectives into impactful campaign concepts and marketing plans.
  • Campaign execution: Monitor the execution of campaigns, coordinating with different teams to ensure that all cascades are consistent and aligned with the strategy.
  • Team leadership: Guide and mentor juniors and colleagues, fostering a strategic, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, market research, communication arts and other related fields
  • 5-8 yrs experience in marketing and strategy
  • Skilled and Experienced in Integrated Marketing (with exposure to different executions - events, digital, activations, etc.)
  • With proven Critical Thinking, Analytical Skills, Leadership skills, Storytelling, Presentation and Communication Skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly skilled in time management.
  • Has good interpersonal and relationship management skills, including the ability to build rapport with both clients and suppliers quickly.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, MS Teams, and other online meeting and collaboration platforms.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on a hybrid set-up.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
