About the Role
You'll support our creative team by researching winning ads, analyzing performance data, organizing insights, and helping shape creative direction for client campaigns. Your work helps ensure every concept is strategic, inspired, and built to perform.

What You'll Do
1) Creative Research & Insights
- Support onboarding by gathering brand assets, reviewing websites, and identifying key value propositions.
- Research top-performing ads using Foreplay, Kalodata, and Meta Ad Library.
- Pull Voice of Customer insights from Reddit, TikTok, and review platforms.
- Organize creative trends, ad angles, and visual styles (UGC, POV, testimonials, etc.).
2) Creative Organization & Reporting
- Maintain organized inspiration decks, creator lists, and creative references in ClickUp or Google Sheets.
- Analyze performance from Motion and Meta Ads Manager, highlighting winners, underperformers, and new test ideas.
- Create daily content sprint decks and weekly performance summaries.
What We're Looking For
- Bring 24+ years of experience in marketing research, creative strategy, or paid social analytics.
- Are familiar with Foreplay, Kalodata, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Have strong pattern recognition and can quickly identify what makes an ad work.
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in DTC, TikTok, and paid social.
Bonus Points
- Experience with US DTC brands and ad performance metrics
- Background in creating insight decks or inspiration boards
- Understanding of UGC and influencer-driven content
