The Opportunity
Sodarizer sells home carbonation machines across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and physical kiosks. We're a small, fast team and we're on our way to 1B.
We need someone who can be creative and build strategy, someone who can see photos and videos, and immediately know why it worked (or didn't), and figure out what to do next. You'll shape how our brand shows up across every digital channel.
You'll have real ownership here. No 10-layer approvals. No corporate playbook. Just you, a sharp team, and a brand that's actually growing.
What You'll Do
In the First 30 days:
- Understand and audit our content, see what's performing, what's not, and why
- Build our creative strategy across sales and marketing channels
- Run your first campaign tests and document what you learn
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy behind video campaigns, from brief to results analysis
- Collaborate with our content team to bring ideas to life (you'll brief, they'll produce)
- Track performance weekly and turn data into your next creative move
- Stay ahead of what's working on TikTok and Meta before everyone else catches on
This is for you if:
- You can watch a video and immediately diagnose what's making it work
- You think in hooks, angles, and audience psychology, not just aesthetics
- You've run (or contributed to) campaigns that
- You'd rather build something from scratch than maintain something someone else made
- You're comfortable making calls with incomplete info you don't wait to be told
- You want your fingerprints on the brand, not just your name on a deck
What we're looking for
Must-haves
- 3+ years in creative strategy, content strategy, or performance marketing
- Experience with Meta Ads and TikTok (you understand the formats, not just the theory)
- Comfortable reading data and making creative decisions from it
- Strong communicator you can brief a team and sell an idea clearly
Bonus
- E-commerce or D2C background
- You've written a brief, script, or hook before (even if that's not your main thing)
- Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, Notion, ClickUp
