Responsible for overseeing all creative products produced by Redbin. Manages the creative team of copywriters, art directors, and designers and approves all works created by staff. Works with the accounts team, making sure the clients needs are being met, and creative goals are on track. Should be very deeply involved in every aspect of an ad campaign, conceptualizing ideas for clients, assigning projects to staff, and making sure that the clients deadlines are being strictly met. Having the creative eye and a head for business, the CD is the default person when it comes to presenting creative work to clients.

Creativity: Should always have a knack to invent new ideas for branding, advertising, and marketing campaigns; design, copy, and strategy savvy.
Analytical Skills: Should be able to analyze and interpret trends and data and keep with the times.
Decision-Making Skills: Should make strategic decisions on all creative work based on agreed timelines.
Interpersonal Skills: Should meet corporate heads and clients on a regular basis, thus, being a good communicator to all involved is a must.
Management Skills: Have to keep many creatives on schedule, and manage their own time.
