Lead and inspire a team of talented designers, art directors and copywriters to conceptualise and execute cutting-edge creative campaigns
Collaborate closely with the marketing and business development teams to deeply understand our target audience and develop strategies that drive engagement and conversions
Oversee the creative direction and production of all marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, brand identity elements and more
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, and leverage this knowledge to push the boundaries of our creative output
Ensure consistently high standards of creativity, design and execution across all projects
Mentor and develop the creative team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment
What We're Looking For
Substantial experience (4-8+ years) as a Creative Director or Senior Art Director in the advertising, marketing or creative agency space
A strong portfolio showcasing your exceptional conceptual and design skills, along with a proven track record of delivering high-impact creative campaigns
In-depth understanding of the insurance industry and the ability to translate complex financial products and services into engaging, audience-focused marketing
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a talented creative team
Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional stakeholders
