Provides guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to his team thats account-focused leading in the attainment of submission of concepts and designs that are guided by the departments measures on quantity, quality and overall productivity, including administrative compliance like attendance, etc.
Accepts and assigns endorsement of requirements from the different stakeholders
Provides technical and creative inputs and guidance to the concerned designer/s
Sees thru the overall productivity of his handled team
Covers greater no. of needed designs thru 2D and 3D layout/rendering done at a timely fashion with utmost efficiency and accuracy
Takes the lead in partnering with sales, marketing, product devt / trident, client and other stakeholders in coming up with a creative, strategic and practical POSM solutions for the different channels as per clients requirements
Provides general guidance to his team in working with other design groups in providing selected superimpose works, cutting path and production files preparation
Represents the team separately or with the designer in joining and actively participating in presentations and brainstorming sessions with concerned stakeholders from clients, sales, production team and others
Provides general direction and inputs in the maintenance and contribution to the creation of a library of creative proposals, approved studies, creative profile insights of assigned/handled accounts
Manages and develops his team members skills and concept making by:
maintaining and improving his own technical and creative knowledge beneficial to the team and translating these skills to programs and directives to his team that will lead to better outputs
monitoring and recommending market trends on applications and creative services most fit to his handled accounts
Recommends, promotes and safeguards departmental processes and resources in a team lead capacity
Performs all other given tasks by the team leader as approved by the administrative supervisor and manager
