This is a full-time remote role for a Creative Agency Accounts Manager. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, developing sales strategies, and meeting revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong client partnerships, collaborating with internal teams to execute successful campaigns, preparing sales presentations, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. The Account Manager will act as a key point of contact between clients and the agency, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in client relationship management, communication, and sales strategy development.
  • Proficiency in market research, analytics, and identifying business growth opportunities.
  • Experience in preparing sales collateral, presentations, and reports.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign execution.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with AI and digital solutions, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to tech-driven innovations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Previous experience in an account management, sales, or client-facing role is a plus.
