Job Description

As the Country Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead endtoend B2B enterprise sales for hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, focusing on digital health technology adoption.
  • Engage key decision makers including CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and hospital administrators.
  • Drive outbound sales together with the Regional team, supported by strong internal product and delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to strengthen the sales playbook for the Philippine market.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Represent the brand with strong executive presence in meetings, demos, and industry engagements.

The Successful Applicant


  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
  • Digital health / health tech sales background.
  • Strong connections or experience selling into hospitals, clinics, or healthcare providers.
  • A track record of selling tech/SaaS solutions to IT leaders (CIO/CTO/IT Managers).
  • Ability to operate independently as a handson individual contributor.
  • Strong executive presence and confidence presenting to senior leaders.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment.
