Responsible for Developing, Executing, and Optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth, increase brand awareness and enhance customer engagement within the
designated country.
This role requires a deep understanding of local market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics to tailor marketing initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution
Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and event-based marketing.
Work with external agencies, partners, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Brand Management ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications channels in line with global brand guidelines.
Budget Management manage the marketing budget for the country, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise impact and return on investment.
Team Leadership and Collaboration Lead, Mentor, and Develop the country team.
Competitor Analysis : Monitor and analyse competitor website and products
Qualifications And Skills
Experience : 3 5 years of experience in international or country-specific marketing is preferred
Knowledge : Strong understanding of the local market customer preferences and products
