Country Manager

We are partnering with a global technology organisation undergoing significant growth across APAC, seeking a Country Manager to lead and scale its Philippines Telco & Broadband Business.

This is a senior leadership role with full P&L ownership, responsible for driving market expansion, building strategic partnerships, and establishing a high-performing local team in one of the region's most dynamic telecom markets.

The Role Reporting into regional leadership, you will define and execute the Philippines growth strategy, with accountability across sales, operations, partnerships, and regulatory engagement.

You will play a key role in expanding market presence across broadband, wireless, and network infrastructure segments, working closely with major service providers and ecosystem partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the country strategy aligned to regional growth objectives with full P+L, revenue and profitability ownership
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities across telecom, broadband, and connectivity markets
• Drive market entry, expansion, and competitive positioning
• Lead go-to-market strategy across enterprise and service provider segment. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Build and expand relationships with ISPs, carriers, and channel partners
• Oversee local operations and ensure effective service deliver

About You

• Exp in telecommunications, broadband, or network infrastructure
• Leadership experience at Country, GM, or Director level
• Strong track record of P&L ownership and market expansion
• Deep understanding of the Philippines telecom landscape
• Relationships across service providers, operators, and partners
• Strong commercial, strategic, and stakeholder management capability
