Contigo Mobility (CoMo) is a fast-growing global electric-mobility platform deploying electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, microcars, battery-swapping infrastructure, and AI-enabled fleet management across Europe, Asia, and emerging markets.

We work with governments, logistics companies, ride-hailing platforms, and enterprises to decarbonise urban mobility while building financially sustainable, asset-backed mobility businesses.

As part of our ASEAN expansion, we are launching Contigo Mobility Philippines in partnership with local stakeholders and we are now seeking a Country Manager to lead the build-out and scale-up of the business nationally.

Role Summary

The Country Manager, Philippines will have full P&L and operational responsibility for Contigo's business in the Philippines. This is a hands-on leadership role combining market entry, partnerships, operations, regulatory, and commercial execution.

You will build the local team, structure partnerships, manage government and enterprise relationships, launch pilot programs, and scale the fleet and revenue nationwide while aligning with Contigo's global standards, brand, and technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

Market Entry & Strategy

Lead market entry strategy for Contigo Mobility in the Philippines, including city prioritisation, vertical focus (delivery, ride-hailing, enterprise fleets, government), and rollout planning.

Develop and execute the 1236 month business plan, budget, and growth roadmap.

Partnerships & Business Development

Build strategic partnerships with logistics companies, e-commerce platforms, ride-hailing operators, corporates, and public sector stakeholders.

Negotiate and manage MoUs, pilot programs, commercial contracts, and long-term fleet deployments.

Represent Contigo with government agencies, regulators, embassies, and investment partners.

Operations & Execution

Set up and oversee local operations including fleet deployment, service & maintenance, warehousing, battery management, and customer onboarding.

Ensure operational excellence, uptime, safety, and service quality in line with Contigo's global standards.

Regulatory & Compliance

Manage vehicle homologation, importation, customs, tax, incentives, and compliance with Philippine transport and energy regulations.

Engage with relevant authorities (LTO, DTI, BOI, LGUs, etc.) to secure approvals and incentives.

Team & Organisation

Hire, lead, and develop the local Contigo Philippines team across sales, operations, finance, and partnerships.

Foster a strong, performance-driven and mission-aligned culture.

Financial & Performance Management

Own country-level P&L, cash flow, and KPIs.

Ensure disciplined cost control, asset performance, and ROI on fleet deployment.

Prepare reports and forecasts for group leadership and investors.

Brand & Stakeholder Management

Act as the face of Contigo in the Philippines with media, industry forums, government, and partners.

Protect and strengthen the Contigo brand, values, and reputation locally.

What We're Looking For

Experience

812+ years of experience in mobility, logistics, transportation, energy, infrastructure, fintech leasing, or marketplace/platform businesses.

Proven track record of launching and scaling a business, country operation, or major business unit.

Strong experience working with government agencies, regulators, and enterprise clients.

Experience in asset-heavy, operational businesses is a strong plus.

Skills

Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

Operationally rigorous comfortable managing complex, real-world execution.

Financially literate with ability to manage budgets, unit economics, and P&L.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
