Be our Country Head
As a Country Head, you will be responsible for managing the country's P&L, developing business strategies, driving sales, and ensuring operational efficiency while building strong stakeholder relationships and leading a high-performing team.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future
Financial Management:
- Manage Country P&L, revenue, gross profit, and Country EBITDA.
- Collaborate with other regions, entities, and business units to achieve healthy Group EBITDA.
- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise business improvement solutions.
- Handle the annual budget and produce detailed annual business operating plans, including monthly, quarterly, or annual targets for revenue, profits, cash, and cost management.
Business Strategy Management:
- Develop high-quality business strategies and plans aligned with short-term and long-term objectives, including end-to-end management of product offerings.
- Make high-quality business decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences to provide solutions for company survival and growth.
Sales & Business Development:
- Maintain deep knowledge of the markets and industry.
- Produce business performance reports on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Build strong relationships necessary for future business opportunities.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders; act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
- Communicate effectively across the organization and with external stakeholders.
Business Operations Management:
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure desired results are achieved and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain legality and business ethics.
- Oversee the overall end-to-end business process lifecycle value chain, identifying areas for improvement to maximize business performance and productivity.
- Oversee supply chain and production functions, ensuring minimal human errors, process issues, and inventory discrepancies.
People Management:
- Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing team.
- Manage staff retention and turnover; recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring, coaching, and training.
Others:
- Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role
- Minimum 15 years of working experience, including 5 years in a leadership position in a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Country P&L and budgeting.
- Familiarity with the pre-owned phones market, repair, and trading rates.
- Strong network in the pre-owned phones market and new handset market.
- Natural leadership abilities in building, leading, and inspiring teams.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data, and prepare business reports, projections, and recommendations.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to interface effectively with all levels of company employees.
