Job Responsibilities

  • To ensure the provision of professional and timely service to our customers, maintaining a current knowledge of the Nustar complex and facilities.
  • To ensure the timely and accurate counting and recording of revenue, i.e. cash and cashless voucher.
  • To ensure the timely and accurate collecting of stackers scheduled for the day.
  • Verifying the cashless vouchers (TITO) after counting and collection.
  • Preparing cash for count buy, bulk counting, sorting and bundling.
  • To input and verify relevant data and documentation for various reporting.
  • To ensure all tasks are performed in strict compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • To ensure the following:
  • The timely and accurate collection, counting, recording and verifying of revenue.
  • Consistently in the delivery of established service standards.
  • Constructive relationships are built with external customers, internal customers, and team members.
  • Strict adherence to PAGCOR regulations and Nustar policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experienced cash handler, at least a year with a good performance record.
  • Cash handling experience in the banking and gaming industry is an advantage.
  • Preferably with tertiary education or its equivalent job experience.
  • Possess basic communication skills.
  • Actively works as a team.
  • Is motivated to achieve business objectives and common goals.
