Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Additional training or certification in Cost Engineering or Project Management is an advantage, but not required
Professional Experience
Experience in switchgear / control gear manufacturing
Background in cost estimating, cost control, or project costing is preferred, but not mandatory
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to analyze Bills of Materials (BOM), drawings, and technical specifications is a plus
Analytical & Soft Skills
Strong analytical and numerical abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and reporting skills
