Accrual: Conducts detailed cost analysis and continuously monitors monthly linehaul expenses for Intra-Luzon and Inter-Island operations to ensure accuracy and alignment within budget allocations.
Reconciliation: Performs monthly budget reconciliation by comparing accruals versus billings, and provides insights and recommendations based on findings for both Intra-Luzon and Inter-Island operations
Operational Cost: Develops, maintains, and updates a fuel allocation matrix on a national scale to efficiently distribute resources across truck operations.
Operational Cost: Validates and processes reimbursement requests for fuel and toll expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies for both dry lease and third-party vehicles.
Operational Cost: Validates and reviews the regular hour costs, overtime charges, and trip-related expenses of dry lease drivers through manual checking, reverse billing, and dispute resolution processes to guarantee precision and adherence to company regulations
Operational Budget Support: Audit all excess fuel consumed by third-party vehicles and files the corresponding charges as clawback for proper cost recovery.
Ops Support: Monitors and manages fuel and RFID budgets to ensure uninterrupted operations until the next payment request cycle.
Ops Support: Creates and monitors linehaul trips to keep detailed records of trucks, drivers, and parcels in the system; consolidates and maintains driver details through documentation; and ensures timely and accurate truck dispatch within the designated schedule
Prepares and consolidates comprehensive reports, summaries and conclusions for management review. Compiles supporting data and documentation required for requesting payments through checks and fund releases for operational expenses.
Requirements
At least 23 years of relevant experience in cost analysis, reconciliation, accruals or logistics operations (preferably in trucking, transportation, or supply chain).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in validating financial data and operational costs.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management or reporting tools
Familiarity with logistics operations, including documentation, fuel allocation, and trip monitoring, is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under minimal supervision.
Strong communication and reporting skills for preparing management-level reports.
