Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost Accounting Supervisor located in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. The Cost Accounting Supervisor will perform monthly product costing for dairy products, analyze cost of goods manufactured (COGM) parameters, and identify, report, and investigate cost variances to ensure they remain within allowable spoilage and yield limits. The role involves recommending corrective actions for significant discrepancies, preparing and submitting monthly cost reports, and participating in inventory counts to support accurate costing and reliable financial reporting.

Qualifications

• With at least three (3) years of supervisory experience in product costing, cost analysis, or cost management
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are highly preferred
