Cost Accounting Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mandaluyong for a Cost Accounting Manager specializing in the Food & Beverage (F&B) and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries. The Cost Accounting Manager will oversee cost accounting functions, prepare and analyze financial statements, maintain accurate journal entries, support strategic financial planning, and perform in-depth financial analyses to enhance decision-making processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role ensures optimal cost management and financial accountability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Accounting with experience in managing costs in the F&B/FMCG industry
• Strong skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Proficiency in handling Journal Entries and other core accounting processes
• Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Advanced understanding of Finance principles and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in ERP systems and financial tools is advantageous
