The Junior Cost Accounting Assistant supports the preparation and analysis of cost reports, budgets, and inventory valuations to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective cost management. This role involves monitoring production expenses, verifying cost-related data, and assisting in the proper allocation of operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related field.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in cost accounting, preferably within the food industry; experience in seafood processing is an advantage.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is an advantage but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems; experience with ERP systems such as Odoo is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to work onsite in Timog, Quezon City.
