Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of corporate travel experience
  • 3+ years booking international travel
  • Current GDS experience (Galileo preferred; Sabre/Amadeus a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and reissues
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently from home
  • Reliable attendance is essential
