About The Role
- We are looking for experienced Corporate Travel Agents who are passionate about delivering seamless travel solutions. If you have strong expertise in GDS platforms and corporate travel management, this is your chance to join a dynamic and growing team!
Qualifications
- College Graduate (any course)
- 35 years of corporate travel agent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 Level)
- Proficiency in at least two GDS platforms:
- Travelport+ (Galileo)
- Sabre
- Working knowledge of NDC tools such as:
- Fare Logix
- SPRK
Key Responsibilities
- Handle corporate travel bookings including flights, hotels, and other travel services
- Utilize GDS systems to manage reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Provide accurate and timely travel solutions to clients
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and client requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve travel-related concerns efficiently
