TheCORPORATE TRAINERis responsible in analyzing, identifying, designing, implementing, and evaluating corporate and/or leadership training engagements. He/she will ensure that the training programs are scheduled and driven towards achieving the desired business results.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. PRE-TRAINING ACTIVITIES AND SUPPORT
· Conduct training needs identification and analysis (TNIA) to identified client
· Prepare TNIA report encapsulating the proposed training and non-training intervention for leaders
· Conduct research on the latest concepts and trends
· Design required training decks
· Create required training handouts and/or workbook, assessment tools, and other documents relevant to training
· Create training marketing campaign materials
· Prepare training calendar and invitation, and other logistical requirements
· Partner with possible external and internal resource person to facilitate the training
· Support the Director and/or Training Manager in the preparation of the quarterly training calendar
2. TRAINING IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT
· Ensure the effective and efficient facilitation of the assigned training
· Monitor participants attendance and compliance with the training rules
· Support internal and external resource person during the implementation of the topic
· Provide support during other trainings, if needed
3. POST TRAINING AND TRAINING EVALUATION SUPPORT
· Evaluate the effectivity of the training activity facilitated
· Conduct follow-through sessions
· Prepare post-training report
· Complete post training logistics and activities
· Facilitate post training reinforcement activities, if needed
Qualifications
· Graduate of any 4-year course
· 4 years of solid experience as trainer in a BPO set-up
· Preferably with 2 years leadership experience, preferably in a BPO set-up
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Proficient in various computer software programs; Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
· Knowledgeable of the use of Photoshop or Canva (or any designing tools)
· Strong training and presentation skills
· Has strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Able to multitask
· Has strong problem-solving and project management skills
· Strong attention to details
· Can work with minimal supervision
