Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Facilitates and implements end-to-end recruitment process of provincial and Metro Manila roles
2. Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring/screening criteria leads pre-briefs to align on roles and qualifications, facilitates debriefs for hiring decisions with stakeholders
3. Identifies and implements efficient and effective sourcing and recruiting methods based on the nature of the role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
4. Prepares and conducts job offers of roles up until Supervisory level by collaborating with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifies and recommends salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
5. Helps plan for and participates in employer branding initiatives
6. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications for the Role:
1. A graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any four-year course relating to Human Resources and Business Management, and preferably from reputable universities
2. Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in end-to-end corporate recruitment (sourcing to job offer), preferably coming from oil and gas, FMCG, retail, energy industries
3. Must have been able to meet and exceed recruitment KPI targets
4. Must have a background in either of the following: bulk hiring for blue collar jobs, corporate hiring, niche hiring, etc.
5. Strong background and knowledge of candidate search tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), as well as current recruitment trends and strategies
6. Has above average verbal and written communications skills, good stakeholder management skills, and reporting skills (must have intermediate Excel skills, with priority over those with advanced Excel skills)
