Oversee the hiring of hard-to-fill vacancies, and implementation of recruitment initiatives and programs in collaboration with the Supervisor (Corporate Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning) and Manager (Talent Acquisition - OIC).

Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:

1. Assists the Supervisor (Corporate Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning) and Manager (Talent Acquisition - OIC) in the planning, development and implementation of recruitment-related programs and strategies including policy development.
2. Initiates and plans recruitment strategies and programs pertaining to sourcing, selection, job offer and deployment.
3. Conducts interviews of candidates.
4. Prepares and conducts job offers.
5. Drafts and issues Employment Contracts.
6. Conducts end to end recruitment initiatives (Metro Manila and Provincial)
7. Initiates at least monthly recruitment related meetings with TA Manager to review current concerns and formulate strategies for effective recruitment.
8. Meets and collaborates with the department heads to understand necessary aspects and ensure that they are fully informed of recruitment-related objectives and programs.
9. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify and align manpower needs.
10. Coordinates and attends regular meetings with manpower providers on programs that involves recruitment (if any)
11. Verifies correctness of manpower billings
12. Builds long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
13. Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
14. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications for the Role:

    • Candidates possessing at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organizational Communications, OD or HR - related courses, are preferred
    • Required languages: English and Filipino
    • At least 5 years of full experience in end-to-end corporate recruitment (sourcing to job offer)
    • Critical Skills: Competency-based interviewing skills/background in target selection above average verbal and written communications skills good stakeholder management skills and good reporting skills (must have intermediate Excel skills, with priority over those with advanced Excel skills)
    • Industry Background: 1. Frontline (FMCG and retail) 2. Operations (manufacturing, oil/gas, and energy) and 3. Support (any industry)
    • Realistic Job Preview: Fast-paced hiring, weekly team meetings, recalibration meetings with hiring managers, and submission of new reports.
    • Open to those based in nearby provinces. However, they should be willing to report to the Taipan Place office, if needed.
Expectations from Candidates

Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.

Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.

In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
