JOB DESCRIPTION
Financials:
- Ensures revenue growth and retention in a predefined portfolio in terms of Deposits, Volumes and Fees
- Pro-active approach to sales, lead client engagement and pitches or presentations
- Ensures at least a 1.5: 1 revenue to cost ratio for arranged deals of predefined portfolio
- Ensure proper pricing of deals for and under negotiation, to avoid any possible financial loss for the bank.
- Monitors clients compliance with the agreed commercial terms, including active negotiation on deals with noted shortfall.
- Facilitate deal reviews for key accounts to address clients customized and/or non-standard requirements (pricing / process).
Relationship Management & Collaboration:
- Assist Corporate Solutions Group Head and RBC Head in developing marketing/sales strategies pertinent to the relationship group partner
- Leads the assigned Corporate Solutions Retail Team Cluster to deliver the annual CA/SA ADB and fee growth targets as mandated
- Mentor team members to ensure consistent achievement of assigned goals and to maximize his/her potential.
- Manages the overall relationship with assigned segment partners who market Cash Management Service products to identify target markets
- Manages the overall cash management sales activities, presentations, proposal, pricing, coordination with the Cash Solutions Team Leader, Cash Solutions Sales Head and region or Group Head to ensure attainment of assign targets
- Ensure Alignment, Regular updates and Execution of cluster goals, strategies and action plans to the Team Members
- Work Closely with Other units of the Bank to further improve on Banks Service Delivery.
- Provides customer and competitor feedback or insights to help Product Management team in conceptualizing in development of integrated or complex solutions
Business Development and Conservation:
- Takes the lead on focus selling for Target Markets or Industries
- Expert in Key Corporate Solutions Process Probing, Presentation, Negotiations, Documentation, Implementation and Client Onboarding
- Expected to Build Pipeline of the assigned Retail Cluster and Supervise Team Members in working with Sales Partners in developing CMS Prospects
- Take the lead in driving community-building and ecosystem initiatives through new and existing corporate-anchor clients
- Monitors Team/Cluster Performance by providing regular sales updates and reports
- Conducts regular review of identified Key Accounts under assigned Retails Cluster ADB Compliance, Shortfall, Utilization, Top Box, Product Campaigns
Operational Efficiency:
- Ensures Compliance of Team Members for All Corporate Solutions Processes and Documentation
- Closely Monitor the Progress of Implementation of Key Deals and regularly provides update to Corporate Solutions RBC Head and Group Head of the assigned Retail Cluster
- Ensures that Team Members Completes the minimum training requirements of the bank, including HR and Compliance courses.
- Encourages and Initiates participation of Team Members in the bank's offered training programs or courses for further development and skills and capabilities-building.
- Effectively manage and execute Special Projects, Implementing Initiatives and Supporting Product Campaigns
- Other Functions as delegated by Corporate Solutions Group Head or RBC Head
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field is required
- Minimum 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing, with expertise in Retail Corporate Accounts.
- Background in Cash Management or Transaction Banking is an advantage.
- Strong account and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and close deals through strategic selling and negotiation.
- Effective in time management, problem-solving, and project management.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management experience.
