Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate Servicing Officer handles facilitation of clients approved credit facilities, account documentation, maintenance requests, and coordination with operating units within the Bank for efficient credit line activation. S/He will support Corporate Banking in maintaining accounts and providing services to their portfolio of accounts.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitates and ensures that all accounts with approved credit facilities are documented, with Credit Implementation Advice, and available for utilization. Ensures that all post-approval documents are properly submitted with the goal of reducing eliminating document deficiencies.

Executes and monitors client's day-to-day transactions; Coordinates with business and support units such as Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Treasury, Loans, Trade, Operations, Investment Desks, and Branches.

Prepares and initiates availment/instruction sheets and secures the required approval in order to book or finalize the transactions.

Ensures that transactional requirements and documents are complete, and deficiencies are communicated to the clients and immediately resolved. Performs document completeness check and transmits the documents to the implementing unit.

Monitors renewals/extensions/payments; Prepares the corresponding transaction documents for collection or payment.

Monitors all on-going transactions to ensure thorough implementation and coordinate with the client accordingly.

Communicates daily with clients and internal units via phone or e-mail to address clients needs diligently related to after-sales of any SBC product.
