Job description:
TheCorporate Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships by offering non-life insurance solutions specifically Property and/or Engineering insurance tailored to individual and corporate needs. The role focuses on driving premium growth through consultative selling, strong market presence, and consistent client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and acquire new clients for non-life insurance products (commercial and residential).
- Assess client risk profiles and insurance requirements to recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, quotations, and policy terms to clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to policy issuance and renewal.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to support retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure smooth policy placement and servicing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates relevant to property insurance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in property insurance, non-life insurance, or a related sales role.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of property insurance products, coverage structures, and risk assessment is an advantage.
- Results-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working with sales targets
