Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving company targets through effective communication, negotiation, and customer service. The role involves identifying potential clients, presenting products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell the companys products and services to potential and existing clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and client visits.
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Attend meetings, trade shows, and promotional events to represent the company.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (an advantage).
