Fourth Dimension Furniture Sales Executive

Fourth Dimension Furniture is a new furniture brand being launched by Projexasia. The collection features sculptural, modern pieces crafted in the Philippines for luxury homes, hotels, and premium spaces. As this brand is starting from the ground up, we are looking for a sales executive who can actively build the client base and drive growth from day one.

This role suits someone who understands high-end clients, has strong industry contacts, and can work independently without waiting for leads.

Role Overview

  • Introduce Fourth Dimension Furniture to architects, interior designers, developers, luxury homeowners, and premium retailers.
  • Build and grow a client network through active outreach, presentations, and relationship-building.
  • Lead the setup of the online store and help manage its digital presence.
  • Assist in planning and establishing the first physical showroom.
  • Create partnerships with furniture stores, design studios, and luxury retailers.
  • Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and private client presentations.
  • Provide market feedback to guide product positioning and sales strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in luxury furniture, interiors, real estate, or high-end retail
  • Strong existing network within the design and property community is a big advantage
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable launching a new brand with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of online product presentation and customer engagement
  • Willing to visit clients, studios, and project sites across Luzon
