Responsibilities:

As a representative of OODC, your primary role is to understand and effectively communicate why OODC is the ideal partner for our clients. You will clearly articulate the value and benefits of working with us, tailoring your approach to meet each client's unique needs.

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various outreach channels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle using a consultative approach, gaining a deep understanding of client requirements to offer tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals with clients across multiple industries.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with qualified leads, ensuring ongoing communication and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client expectations with internal deliverables and capabilities.
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing, contributing to market analysis and adapting sales strategies based on evolving market trends and competitive insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
  • At least 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B or institutional sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for client engagement.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A continuous learner who applies knowledge to real-world situations.
