Based in Makati, Metro Manila, this full-time role will see you spearheading new business development and cultivating profitable relationships with corporate clients. What you'll be doing

• Identifying and pursuing new group insurance sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
• Delivering compelling sales presentations to generate interest and close deals with target commercial accounts
• Collaborating closely with the underwriting team to develop tailored group insurance solutions that meet client needs
• Providing excellent customer service to existing group clients, maintaining high retention rates
• Achieving and exceeding challenging sales targets and KPIs
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and competitors to inform your sales strategy

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in group insurance sales, preferably within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills to persuade and influence clients
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand client needs and translate them into profitable solutions
• Resilience, tenacity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field preferred
