Job Summary
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing relationships with private and corporate clients through field engagement, strategic account management, and structured sales processes. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, conducting client visits, preparing accurate quotations, negotiating deals, and ensuring conversion of sales opportunities into long-term business partnerships. The position requires strict adherence to CRM systems, pipeline discipline, and alignment with the companys vision and mission.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Private Client Management & Field Operations
- Conduct regular field visits to private and corporate clients within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and professional service.
- Identify client needs, business requirements, and potential opportunities for upselling or repeat transactions.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions, ensuring trust and credibility.
- Sales Generation, Quotation & Conversion
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on client requirements and company pricing guidelines.
- Present proposals clearly and effectively to clients, ensuring value proposition is well communicated.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions within approved authority limits.
- Convert qualified leads into actual sales and ensure timely closure of transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, accounting) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Negotiation & Account Development
- Engage in strategic negotiations with clients to secure profitable and sustainable deals.
- Develop account growth strategies for key private and corporate clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle objections professionally and convert challenges into sales opportunities.
- CRM Compliance & Sales Pipeline Management
- Encode and update all client interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system accurately and in real time.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline with clear stages: lead, qualified, proposal, negotiation, and closed deal.
- Ensure data integrity, completeness, and compliance with company reporting standards.
- Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and activity reports to management.
- Client Relationship Building & Retention
- Establish strong rapport with decision-makers and key stakeholders in client organizations.
- Ensure continuous communication and after-sales follow-up to maintain client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Strengthen brand loyalty through consistent service excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS Corporate Sales Executive
Educational Background
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
- Equivalent experience in corporate sales may be considered in lieu of formal education
Work Experience
- Minimum 23 years experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or account management
- Proven experience in field sales and client visitation
- Strong background in quotation preparation, negotiation, and deal closure
- Experience handling private clients and corporate accounts is highly preferred
