We are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in activating new partnerships, achieving or exceeding sales targets, and contributing to our regional growth. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the willingness to travel occasionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Target and onboard high-value KA clients (BPO, FinTech, Shared Services) with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Understand client pain points (high turnover, empty seats) and pitch Bossjob's premium solutions as a high-ROI alternative to traditional platforms.
- Confidently present to CEOs, Founders, and HR Directors. Explain complex logic such as Master Account Credit Allocation and Centralized Budget Management.
- Defend our premium pricing against budget competitors by focusing on talent quality, AI-matching precision, and our 2025 growth data.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection, ensuring the 10+4 SOP is strictly followed.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, specifically in SaaS, FinTech, Cloud Solutions, or HR Tech.
- Experience handling deals with high contract values (100k - 500k+ per deal).
- Ability to explain technical or structural product logic (e.g., account hierarchy, credit systems) clearly and persuasively.
- Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to talk business with top-tier executives.
