Responsibilities
- Actively promote career opportunities on multiple job boards to attract high calibre candidates
- Proactively source quality candidates through several channels covering different geographies depending on market need
- Support hiring managers with recruitment and selection for all field roles globally by screening resumes, assessing video interviews, providing a shortlist of suitable candidates and scheduling interview appointments
- Contact candidates through multiple touch points in the candidate lifecycle to set proper expectations in relation to the recruitment process and required next steps
- Liaise with HR Shared Services to ensure that new joiners are integrated into the HRIS with accurate information for on-boarding and provisioning purposes
Required Knowledge, Skills And Qualifications
- Professional recruitment experience of at least 1-2 years, ideally in a multinational company
- Previous experience with sourcing and selection, preferably in a high-volume and/or shared services setting
- Demonstrated value through clear KPIs
- Adapts well to a high growth and fast paced environment
- Experience of personally managing candidate interactions, detailed and up to date knowledge of employment law
- Numerically strong and able to understand and articulate SLAs and required recruitment output through data
- Collaborative approach, experienced working in a matrix environment
- Positive, solutions orientated approach
- Enjoys the variety of combining tactical and strategic activities
- Should possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in business English
- Resilient and able to deal with a high degree of ambiguity
- Should have values of integrity, loyalty and confidentiality
- Goal oriented
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft suite of products
- Full understanding of all recruitment functions andbest practices
Working Conditions
- Fixed Term Employment - 5 months
- Hybrid Setup (Twice a month onsite)
- Work Schedule: 10AM - 7PM
- Equipment provided on Day 1
