JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring the timely sourcing, recruitment, and delivery of qualified personnel with specific set of skills and competencies required by the different business support groups of the organization.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs sourcing of professional level candidates utilizing a variety of sources including, but not limited to, internet postings and search, direct sourcing, employee referrals, job fairs/job caravans, research, print media, networking and agencies.
Performs screening of applicants and ensures candidates endorsed meet the standards needed for the position.
Oversees the daily flow of applicants and new hires.
Helps run and evaluate selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities.
Monitors RFP requirements and its status.
Experiments on different recruitment tools to guarantee quality of hires and efficiency in hiring.
Assists in expanding the candidate pool.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Graduate of Psychology or other behavioral courses
At least 3 years of work experience in the same field
Must have:
Ability to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal skills/organizational skills
Computer proficiency (MS Office particularly Excel and Word, Internet) High level of confidentiality
Leadership skills
Above-average communication skills in written and oral English and Filipino
