Talent Mobility Associate - Temporary in any IBEX site.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements
- Responsible for generating leads and a strong candidate pool to increase talent database
- Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent candidates to the hiring managers
- Oversees the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring managers
- Responsible for overseeing and facilitating a smooth internal promotions hiring process
- Responsible for encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for the preparation of employment contracts, ensuring accuracy in providing hiring rates, start dates and program allocation
- Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets
- Responsible for reports maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related fields is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Recommended experience not required but a plus.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be detail oriented and willing to multi-task
- Proficient planning, time management, and decision making skills
- Willing to work on different shifts when the need arises
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
