Working Schedule: EMEA (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM) and AMER (1:00 AM - 9:00 AM)

Salary: Up to PHP 63,000

Role Overview:

The Corporate Real Estate Analyst plays a key role in supporting the company's global real estate strategy, with a focus on financial analysis, portfolio optimization, and data-driven decision-making. This role partners closely with Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Strategy, and Operations teams to evaluate real estate investments, track portfolio performance, and support long-term planning initiatives across offices and data center footprint.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, a solid understanding of corporate real estate principles, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• College graduate with a degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 4–8 years of related experience in corporate real estate, financial analysis, portfolio management, consulting, or a similar analytical role
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; experience evaluating real estate investments or lease transactions preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with real estate data systems or BI tools is a plus
• Ability to work effectively with large data sets and translate analysis into clear insights and recommendations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a global or multinational organization is highly desirable
