The Project Manager is responsible for the strategic identification, mapping, and execution of high-impact business initiatives. This role bridges the gap between high-level strategy and operational reality, ensuring that all projects—specifically those within the online and offline commercial transformation space—are prioritized, resourced, and delivered with precision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Mapping & Scoping
- Pipeline Identification: Identify and map all upcoming projects for 2026+, ensuring a clear long-term roadmap.
- Resource Assessment: Analyze the capabilities, headcount, and financial resources required to execute the portfolio.
- Impact Analysis: Define the scope of each project and assess the resulting workload impact on both directly and indirectly involved teams.
2. Planning & Prioritization
- Timeline Development: Establish precise project milestones and delivery schedules.
- Strategic Alignment: Facilitate prioritization discussions with the Country Leadership Team (CLT) to ensure resources are focused on the highest-value initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Clearly communicate the why behind prioritized projects to key stakeholders, outlining their specific roles and expectations.
3. Execution & Change Management
- Adaptive Leadership: Lead projects in varying capacities, including:
- Monitor: Tracking progress and alerting on risks.
- Conductor: Facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead: Owning the project end-to-end as a primary driver.
- Change Integration: Incorporate change management methodologies and timetables into project plans to ensure organizational adoption and minimize disruption.
Requirements & Qualifications
Professional Experience
- Experience: at least 5 years of professional experience with strong business and commercial acumen.
- Transformation Background: Proven track record of working on company-wide transformations.
- Industry Context: Experience dealing with high-level executives in FMCG or fast-paced organizations; experience in the beauty industry is highly preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
