Job Description:
The Corporate Planning Manager is responsible for leading the development, execution, and monitoring of the company's long-term and short-term strategic plans. This role involves conducting business analysis, preparing financial models, and providing insights to senior management to support decision-making. The manager will also coordinate annual budgeting processes, identify business opportunities, and help drive organizational performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the formulation and review of corporate strategies, business plans, and budgets.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and company performance to guide planning activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to align operational plans with corporate goals.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and business development initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or CPA is a plus).
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, strategic management, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
