About the role
As the Corporate Planning Head at AMA Computer College Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic direction and long-term growth. In this full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the organization's corporate plans, aligning them with the company's overall vision and objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Spearhead the formulation of the company's strategic plans, including short-term and long-term goals, initiatives, and key performance indicators
- Conduct in-depth market and industry analyses to identify growth opportunities and address emerging challenges
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of strategic plans
- Monitor and evaluate the execution of strategic plans, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the leadership team to support informed decision-making
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planning and strategy professionals
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in corporate planning, strategy development, or a related field, preferably in the education or professional services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of leading successful strategic planning initiatives and driving organizational change
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in using data analytics and business intelligence tools
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field is preferred
