Overview
Our client, a global organization operating in a complex and fast-paced environment, is seeking a Corporate Management Accountant to join its finance function. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end close activities, and contributing to continuous process improvements across the finance team. The position requires strong technical accounting expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly corporate management accounts for assigned entities
- Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations, including identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and coordinate with global finance counterparts to ensure timely resolution of variances
- Support the month-end close process and contribute to the preparation of consolidated reporting deliverables
- Produce and maintain weekly cash flow forecasts for corporate accounts
- Collaborate with finance, FP&A, payroll, and other internal teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment
- Act as a primary contact for audit-related requests, supporting both internal and external audit processes
- Assist in the preparation of financial disclosures for statutory reporting requirements
- Contribute to ongoing finance transformation and system enhancement initiatives, including ERP optimization
- Support process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within finance operations
- Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required
Qualifications And Skills
- Certified/qualified accountant with strong technical accounting knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid working knowledge of standard office tools
- Experience working in a large or multinational organization with exposure to tight reporting timelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of numerical accuracy
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data integrity and quality
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to build relationships across cross-functional and international teams
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
