Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs, partnership agreements, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Support mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and other strategic transactions.
Liaise with external counsel and manage legal risks on behalf of the company.
Ensure legal compliance across various jurisdictions and advise on legal implications of business decisions.
Review and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations and apply them to the companys operations.
Assist in policy development and internal legal training sessions as needed.
Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); a Masters degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 5-8 years experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally within a law firm or in-house legal team.
Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
