Job Description

Oversee the companys business development strategies while ensuring compliance with all legal, licensing, and regulatory requirements. This role combines client acquisition and relationship management with corporate governance, ensuring sustainable growth and operation compliance.

Business Development & Client Relations

  • Build and maintain a pool of potential clients, allocating leads to Account Managers.
  • Supervise and mentor Account Managers to improve client acquisition and conversion rates.
  • Increase the value of services to existing customers while attracting new clients.
  • Identify and act on opportunities in the PH market for foreign investments, matching solutions to market needs.
  • Oversee the creation and updating of marketing materials and public relations strategies.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and implement initiatives to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to achieve company goals.

Regulatory Compliance & Corporate Governance

  • Manage and oversee business licensing and registration requirements in the Philippines for both the company and its clients.
  • Process, review, and ensure accuracy of all legal documents, contracts, and regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain safekeeping of corporate and client compliance documents (both hard and soft copies).
  • Handle negotiations and transactions with government agencies on behalf of the company and its clients.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance to clients and the team to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Maintain an efficient system for tracking compliance deadlines and reports.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Legal Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years supervisory or managerial experience in business development, corporate law, or regulatory compliance; experience in a management consulting or legal firm is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to work independently and guide a team effectively.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable with document and data management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a client-focused mindset, and ability to perform well under pressure.
