Role Description

The Corporate Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial planning, analysis, capital structure management, and strategic financial decision-making. This role supports executive leadership by providing financial insights, managing funding strategies, evaluating investments, and ensuring the company's financial health and long-term sustainability.

The Corporate Finance Manager acts as a strategic partner to senior management, balancing risk and return while optimizing shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Strong financial planning, analysis, and budgeting expertise
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and cash flow management
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite especially MS Excel
• Analytical thinking and advanced proficiency with financial software and tools
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead a financial team and work cross-functionally with other departments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/MBA is a plus
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City
